Offshore AI development without the offshore tax
We are an offshore AI development company that runs the way the good in-house teams do: senior engineers you talk to directly, a working day shifted for overlap with yours, and weekly demos against real data instead of status reports.
No sales script. You talk to the engineers who'd build it.
Our team works a shifted day so you get real-time standups and same-day turnarounds in your time zone, not next-morning replies.
Every line of code, model weight, and prompt is yours from day one. NDAs and clean IP assignment are standard, not an upsell.
You work directly with the engineers building your system. No account managers sitting between you and the people writing code.
We move from scoping to a working system in production in weeks. Most engagements ship something usable inside the first month.
What we build
Concrete systems we ship, tuned to your data and your stack.
Senior engineers only
The people on the call are the people writing the code. No account manager layer and no juniors billed at senior rates.
Overlap, not handoffs
A shifted day covering US and European working hours, with real-time standups and same-day turnarounds.
Weekly demos on real data
You see working software every week and can change direction before it becomes expensive to.
Exit whenever you want
Full documentation, runbooks, and clean IP. Taking the keys back should be a decision, not a negotiation.
How we work
Scope & evals
We pin down what success means and build the evaluation set before writing the feature, so quality is measured, not guessed.
Build in the open
Weekly demos against real data. You see progress every week and can change direction before it gets expensive.
Ship & instrument
We deploy with logging, cost tracking, and guardrails in place, then tune against production traffic.
Hand off or stay
Take the keys with full docs, or keep us on for iteration. Either way you're never locked in.
Questions, answered
Why has offshore gone badly for us before?
+
Usually one of three things: juniors on the invoice, a communication layer between you and the engineers, or a fixed-scope contract that punished changing your mind. We are set up to avoid all three, and you should ask any vendor about them directly.
How do you handle time zones?
+
We shift our working day rather than asking you to shift yours. That gives real overlap with Eastern, Pacific, UK, and European hours depending on the engagement.
What about data security and confidentiality?
+
NDAs as standard, work inside your cloud account and GitHub org, and access scoped to what the work needs. For sensitive workloads we run self-hosted models so nothing leaves your infrastructure.
Can you work fixed-price?
+
For well-defined scopes, yes. For AI work specifically we usually recommend against it, because the discovery phase changes the scope often enough that a fixed price gets padded to cover the risk and you pay for the padding.
Let's scope your build.
Tell us what you're trying to ship. We'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool and what it would take.
